About Daniel Fund

Daniel Fund received an M.Sc. (with honors) from the University of North Texas. 

He then completed his post-graduate internship and advanced couples therapy training at the "Family Institute" in Jerusalem, and has extensive experience in individual therapy for adult men and in couples therapy.

Daniel's therapeutic approach is informed by family systems and attachment models. With couples, Daniel uses Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT).

Daniel is currently a staff therapist at the Family Institute and he maintains a private practice as well.

 

Also, Daniel lectures and periodically publishes columns on psychotherapy topics in various publications.

 

Previously a divorce lawyer, guiding many clients through divorce proceedings, Daniel has a deep appreciation of the difficulties faced by distressed couples.  

 

Graduate of Yeshivas with a rich background in studies of Talmud and Jewish philosophy. Graduate of two bachelor's degrees, in law and education (both with honors).

Married to Rachel and together they have five children.
