Daniel Fund is a licensed clinical social worker in Israel and received his MSW from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He also holds an M.Sc. from the University of North Texas, after which he pursued a postgraduate internship and advanced couples therapy training at the "Family Institute" in Jerusalem.

 

Daniel has over 15 years of experience providing individual therapy with adults and couples therapy in both public and private settings.

Daniel's therapeutic approach is informed by family systems and emotion-focused therapy (EFT), the latter of which is a focus of his current doctoral research alongside his clinical work. EFT is an experiential, cutting-edge, and evidence-based therapy with a long tradition of research and clinical practice. Daniel's current research aims to examine, for the first time, the effectiveness of EFT for addictions, and specifically for sex and pornography addiction.   

 

Graduate of two bachelor's degrees, in law (including several years practicing as a divorce lawyer) and education. Graduate of Yeshivas with a rich background in studies of Talmud and Jewish philosophy.

Daniel is married to Rachel, and together they have five children.
